Offer agreement
1. Introduction.
This Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions of use of the services provided by Wikibusines.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Provide true and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Services. 5.4.3. Pay for the Services in a timely manner in accordance with the tariffs specified on the Website.
6. Payment terms
6.1. All payments for the Services shall be made through Payment Systems. 6.2. The User agrees that the Company may change the tariffs for the Services. Changes in tariffs will be notified by publishing a new version of the tariffs on the Website. 6.3. Payment for the Services is made in advance. The Services are considered paid from the moment the funds are credited to the Company's account.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. The Company undertakes not to disclose the information received from the User, except as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine. 7.2. The User agrees that the Company may use the User's personal data to provide the Services.
8. Responsibility of the parties
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses that the User may incur as a result of using the Services. 8.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the registration and use of the Services.
9. Termination of the Agreement
9.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party unilaterally with a 30-day notice to the other party. 9.2. The Company has the right to terminate this Agreement without notice in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement or applicable law.
10. Changes and additions to the Agreement
10.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The User will be notified of the changes by publishing a new version of the Agreement on the Website. 10.2. Amendments to the Agreement shall enter into force upon their publication on the Website.
11. Final provisions
11.1 This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine. 11.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be settled in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
